Hi, I'm Billy Howard
Billy has been helping clients buy and sell homes in the Atlanta Metro Area for over ten years. Growing up in Atlanta, Billy was inspired to become a real estate agent by his grandmother, who taught him the ropes and sparked his passion for the industry. Sharon showed him how to create a fantastic client experience, something he is known for today (Google Reviews). He cares deeply about his clients and always goes the extra mile to help in any way possible.
Billy knows the Atlanta real estate market well, but he is also familiar with the area’s home building and renovation industries. Before joining Keller Williams in 2010, Billy enjoyed a career in construction management & building material sales, so he knows exactly what to look for in a well-built house. He uses that knowledge daily to help his sellers get their homes ready to bring in multiple offers and help his buyers spot a diamond in the rough.
Billy’s background in sports has also served him (& his clients) well in his real estate career. He attended UGA & CSU on baseball scholarships, and that experience made him realize the importance of teamwork off the field. Now he sees himself as an integral part of his client’s team, entirely focused on helping them achieve their real estate goals. Billy has patiently walked hundreds of clients through every step of the process to get all parties to the closing table as efficiently as possible.
Between open houses, calls with clients, and closings, Billy spends all of his time with his wife Carlan, son Pierce, and two dogs, Marley & Sophie. He loves tailgating at football games (Go Dawgs & Falcons!), doing projects around the house/yard, watching junk tv with Carlan, and chasing after Pierce.
No matter where you are on the property ladder — from buying your first home to selling off your last investment property — Billy dedicates himself to getting you to the closing table quickly and with a smile on your face.
